$15 - $20 / hour based on experience.


The Interim Operations and Fiscal Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining Rogue Climate fiscal and fundraising systems, database, and office systems as well as recruiting and working with administrative volunteers including Rogue Climate board members. This is a part time, temporary position for 15 hours / week for ten weeks, with a start date as soon as possible.  


Since 2013, Rogue Climate has been building a climate movement in southern Oregon to achieve solutions to climate change that will  result in cleaner energy, sustainable jobs, and a healthy climate, while preserving our rural quality of life. We have also played a lead organizing role in Oregon to stop new fossil fuel infrastructure like the proposed Jordan Cove LNG export terminal and the Pacific Connector Pipeline in southern Oregon. We are committed to working for climate solutions that result in a just transition to clean energy that benefits rural, low income and communities of color.


    • Fiscal Systems: Managing and organizing fiscal systems including bookkeeping, grants and fundraising materials and files.
    • Fundraising systems:  Support grant writing and grant tracking, and organizing and tracking individual donations.
    • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and coordinate a team of administrative volunteers to support in the maintenance of administrative systems.
    • Office Management: Manage and maintain office systems including technology, equipment purchases, and database. Develops, organizes and maintains confidential, updated and accurate computer, administrative and Board files. Greets the public and answers questions with a knowledge of Rogue Climate’s programs at the office.
    • Policies and Procedures: Support Rogue Climate Executive Director  in updating Rogue Climate operations policies and procedures.
    • Maintain confidentiality


  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Nationbuilder or equivalent CRM database software as well as the Internet and/or other software and technology applicable to this position.
  • At least one years of relevant non-profit administrative experience
  • Development or operations experience and at least one year of relevant fiscal experience.
